1. Data Encryption

In Transit: All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using modern TLS / HTTPS (Transport Layer Security).

2. Document & Signature Handling

When you use our Quick Fill or Form Builder tools:

• Signatures: Biometric signature data (the path of your drawing) is only kept in memory while generating the final PDF. We do not permanently store raw signature traces in our database.
• Temporary Files: For quick filling tasks where no account is used, uploaded documents are processed and temporarily stored only to allow you to download the result, after which they are automatically purged.
• Form Builder Storage: For authenticated users, your templates and submissions are stored securely in your account until you delete them.

3. Access Controls

We enforce access controls on your data:

• Your account is protected by standard authentication protocols.
• Shareable form links use unique, non-guessable identifiers.
• You can set passcodes for specific documents to ensure only authorized recipients can view or sign them.
• Our team does not access your documents unless explicitly requested by you for support purposes.

4. Infrastructure & Hosting

Our platform is hosted on modern cloud infrastructure (Vercel and Supabase). We regularly monitor our systems and keep all software dependencies up to date.

5. Data Privacy

6. Reporting Security Issues
