Subscription Based Service

eformly.app provides core features for free. Paid subscription plans (such as Pro) operate on a recurring billing model once activated. Because subscribers receive immediate access to high-capacity capabilities and premium features upon subscribing, we do not offer refunds for paid subscription plans.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you choose to cancel:

• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle (month or year, depending on your plan).
• You will retain access to your premium features until the end of that billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your plan, the prorated difference will be applied immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
